Goodbye Trees...

Holy wind storm! This is what we woke up to the other morning after our insane windstorms we've been having... I am ready for the wind to stop!

Is there no hope for your trees? how sad. We've been having crazy wind too. But our trees made it through, so it couldn't have been that bad. R.I.P. pretty trees.

I felt like we were on the Wizard of Oz last night! I kept expecting the house to lift off the ground and fly away with apparently your trees.

Geesh! I thought having my garbage strewn all over the lawn was terrible to wake up to. Did you cry???

No crying, but so bummed. When we bought the house, I was so excited to have some trees...
Amanda- The boys are actually having a blast playing in them now... Easily entertained I guess.
Kareen- I bet is was even more windy up where you are. I too thought we were all going to blow away!

WHAT THE?????????? That is crazy! The funny part is that when Terry and the kids and I came over that night we were walking out to the car and I said" Terry I swear this tree is going to fall on us"! It was cracking and moving like crazy! So sad!!!

Tiff you Jinxed the tree... JK! Crazy huh! So far, ours are the only ones I've noticed that have fallen over! I'm so sick of the wind!

Holy wind storm is right!

Just think though, your tree will be put to good use. Thanks for the fire wood :) You'll have to come over for a campfire or some dutch oven cooking this spring or summer. We can reminise about your tree as we throw more logs on the fire.

I live in the wrong place because I can't stand the wind but it sounds like everyone has that same feeling. That is so sad the tree fell over. Its a good thing it didnt fall on the house!

Do you remember having delays from school because of the wind. I remeber at least one in the Tri-Cities. I tell people that and they think I'm crazy...you just don't understand until you live in that crazy windy place. Was the dust blowing too? That is when it gets really yucky!
